The Portland Linux Users Group (or PLUG for short) helped give birth to PersonalTelco back in November 2000. For that and their continued support we are eternally grateful. There also happen to be a number of very knowledgeable people who have helped with building the Portland community wireless network.
As it is not yet November of 2002 (unless the nap I just took lasted several months) so I have to think that you are mistaken above. -- DavidWhitmarsh
