=== Maintenance and System Log ===  * 2007-10-23: There was an outage of a little over 24 hours. The two ethernet cables that connected to the buffalo had been reversed during some troubleshooting. --RussellSenior
 * 2007-04-20: After a power outage, network was not working, dsl modem got reset, wireless ap got reset, etc. While waiting for integra to roll a truck to set up routing/nat'ing on the dsl modem, I configured an openwrt'd buffalo to drop in instead. The dsl modem is still bridging, with the buffalo talking the public IP and doing NAT duty. The local machines are on the LAN ports, which are separated from the wireless network. We need to work out an ssh key solution. Right now I'm the only one with access to the device, which isn't a longterm solution. --RussellSenior

  • 2005-09-30: Seemed to be accessible again just after midnight. Began upgrading to sarge in the morning, but my connection was interrupted mid-way and new connections began timing out for a while. That afternoon, the system became completely inaccessible from the Internet again. What's going on here? (- KeeganQuinn)

  • 2005-09-18: Inaccessible from the Internet. See http://lists.personaltelco.net/pipermail/ops/2005-September/021747.html (- KeeganQuinn)

Notes

  • Originally this node was just called '3508 N Williams.' The place did not have a name when the installation was first done.
