• Russell noticed a MetroFi SkyPilot just north of SE Division on SE 12th Avenue, reported it to 311, offered technical assistance, and got a reply that it had been forwarded to Vertical Infrastructure Program staff.

Publicly-owned infrastructure isn't new and it doesn't have to stay a dream in Portland. Come out and chat with other people fed up with the status quo."

  • tested 900MHz, many trees, possibly land in the way
• Convene the Annual Board Meeting 2025 at 7:19pm

  • MatthewKlug appointed to advisory board

  • Can we expand the board, rules seem to permit it

  • RussellSenior has suggested current positions remain the same, TedBrunner seconded

  • No new business, still want to consider expanding board, concern about quorum and wanting an odd number
  • Discussion about mission statement clarification/expansion, and whether we'd have to refile state/IRS.
    • New Business: think more about education mission
