- If you really need to reach someone you are better off to try the mailing list or web page which have much larger participation.
The #personaltelco channel was deprecated in favor of #wireless which is a joint channel for all the groups.
- Also please note there have been spontaneous channels created around #wireless like #wireless-es by a couple of people from .es. So ask around.
