Thanks to help from GeneMerrill of CascadeHosting we are in the beginning stages of testing a new beta site. Along with the new template, which is beautiful, we're busily working on redesigning the links to make the site simpler and more efficient for new comers to navigate.

Another thing that's happend with the upgrade is that we've upgraded to the latest version of the MoinMoin wiki software. This version gives us some valuable new features:

• The ability to attach files to pages.
• The ability to change the templates based on if the user is logged in or not (allows a full featured interface for experienced users and a simpler one for new comers).
• A calendar macro

• A link database (see LinkDatabase)

• An XML-RPC interface
• Email notification on page changes
• More smilies
• Context on full searches
• Definition list and superscript wiki mark up

• RSS export of the RecentChanges

• Edit previews (end that edit/save cycle)
• Subpages and footnotes
• Support for the Twiki draw java applet
• You can now double click the page to edit it.
• When you create a new page it shows you other pages with similar names that already exist.

And probably a bunch of other crap that I've forgotten.
