'''Agenda'''
* Pick location for next weekly
* Node notes:
* NodeBillyRays -- outage resulting from AC adapter falling out of outlet, Jason fixed!
* NodeGooseHollow -- Ted and Russell responded to an outage the day after the last weekly, discovered there was a power which had just resolved, sat and chatted for a bit, enjoying delicious beverages. Also, noticed we seem to be seeing the classic 3-second ethernet outages on ap3 (in GooseHollow) which seems to be related to buggy ethernet flow control resets, but not at ap1 and ap2 with basically identical firmware, WHUT? Maybe we should try replacing the MR24 there? Something else?
* NodeKlickitat -- one of the E8450's suffered some kind of lockup, it didn't have a serial console port, so couldn't investigate cause, replaced and now all better again.
* OSUOSL update:
* Our machine move has been pushed to January, and our box is 6th on the list of 6 priorities, so maybe February, but definitely not December, no worries.
* Russell reviewed the idrac interface for getting a management console on yellow. This will be accessible remotely through a VPN tunnel.
* Russell is migrating our domain registrations from his personal DNSimple account to Porkbun. The first domain (.com) is in process, will complete approximately Friday, will see how that goes, then pull the trigger on the other two (.org and .net). Porkbun is cheaper to register and renew and doesn't have an associated monthly subscription fee. Board members can create free porkbun accounts and I can delegate authorization to those accounts, to mitigate against the Bus Problem.
* A wifi 7 router, a "Quantum Fiber W1700K" with two 10G ethernet interfaces has developing OpenWrt support, Russell bought 1 and then 2 more on ebay, hasn't cracked the box yet.
* Russell had an hour long conversation with the designated representative for the Consumer and Public at Large on the Oregon Broadband Advisory Council, from the Citizens Utility Board (CUB) to check in about challenges and opportunities from the perspective of the public at large.
* Russell, after recycling three old freegeek laptops, scored a new one from the bezoid too, which for perverse reasons turned out to be (mostly) free, he'll fill you in on the details.
* Review ToDoList2025 for any updates/notes
* ''Your Item Here''
