 * Started to work on the system monitoring software, when I mentioned that Cacti seemed to be down.  Ben discovered that chevy, the box where Cacti and Drupal run was participating in a DDoS attack to/from either italy and/or mexico.  We shutdown chevy remotely, then walked down to the ballroom building to investigate.  Failing to "solve the problem" immediate, I took it home to investigate further and possibly rebuild based on Debian/stable, which we'd talked about long ago anyway.  JasonMcArthur provided helpful clues on the IrcChannel.
 * Eric lives near GrandCentralBaking and was still having trouble accessing the radio there with his repeater.  We speculated that it might be a problem with the repeater and I suggested that we might supply him one of ours.  This is the second event that Eric has participated in.
 * Eric plans to do some flyering of the neighbors while his hand heals.
 * Typical banter about uncorrelated things (making beer, drinking beer, injuries)
