This is a pretty good recording of the entire official portion of the August monthly Personal Telco Project meeting. There are still some of the aforementioned UG audio demons, but they are at least identifiable this time, and they don't obliterate any useful information.
As of August 29th, I haven't listened back through the entire thing, so it's likely I've missed a cut somewhere. There might be a leg-stretching break somewhere in the middle. Apologies if this is the case; feel free to email me and clue me in to the location.
